Location: Remote (USA). Candidates within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $224,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for State and Local business customers.
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals.
  • Analyze customer strategies to identify capability and skills requirements.
  • Educate customers on hirify.global's value and provide recommendations based on usage patterns.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand existing business and create new opportunities.
  • Lead the extended account team, including solution engineers and CSMs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
  • Proven expertise in Solution-Selling, Strategic Selling, or Value Selling.
  • Experience closing SLED contracts at the state or state agency level.
  • Full sales cycle expertise with strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% based on business needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in a SaaS organization with multi-year contracts into the C-Suite.
