What you will do
- Apply consultative and challenger selling techniques to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute tactical account plans aligned with overall corporate strategy.
- Manage and orchestrate sales pipelines to consistently meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain enduring executive relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Utilize competitive intelligence to neutralize competition and increase market share.
- Conduct frequent field travel (approximately 20-25%) to engage directly with customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Must be based in the western half of the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SFDC (Salesforce).
- Experience in the healthcare or compliance-driven industry is preferred.
