What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing deals with small healthcare practices.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify operational pain points and align solutions with business outcomes.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that showcase the value of the platform.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to improve conversion rates.
- Provide market feedback to Product teams to help refine features and positioning.
- Maintain high levels of pipeline management and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a software company or strong SDR track record.
- Proven ability to exceed quotas in high-velocity sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or SalesLoft.
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to guide buyers through technical and operational questions.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT or medical practice sales.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
