TL;DR

Account Executive, Corporate Sales (Medtech): Driving growth across Corporate Gifting, Events, and Employee Health & Wellness with an accent on full-cycle sales management and inbound lead conversion. Focus on managing high-volume pipelines, qualifying customer needs for bundled hardware/software solutions, and exceeding revenue targets.

Location: Remote (United States). Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin are not considered.

Salary: $81,600 - $118,000 (depending on region) plus commission.

What you will do

  • Own the full inbound sales cycle for Corporate Gifting, Events, and Employee Health & Wellness opportunities.
  • Qualify customer needs and recommend tailored hirify.global solutions based on program goals, budget, and timeline.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-volume pipeline, prioritizing effectively across deal stages.
  • Create and deliver accurate proposals, quotes, and pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling bundled hardware/software solutions.
  • Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding restricted states).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
