What you will do

• Analyze client exposures and loss experiences to recommend tailored insurance products and services.
• Provide proactive service and informed advice on complex risks using accurate market data.
• Manage renewals and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews to maintain high engagement.
• Grow business through referrals and the expansion of client programs.
• Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to secure comprehensive coverage options.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or CPRIA.
• Existing professional relationships with luxury carriers (e.g., AIG, Chubb, PURE).
