What you will do

• Execute M&A transactions, capital raising, and restructuring for corporate insurance clients.
• Lead the preparation of complex financial analyses, including DCF and LBO valuations.
• Manage C-level dialogues with CEOs and CFOs regarding strategic alternatives and corporate governance.
• Develop marketing materials, pitches, and industry overview presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior bankers to ensure professional growth and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in executing M&A and capital raising within the insurance sector.
• Expertise in financial modeling, GAAP, and analyzing statutory filings and actuarial reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
