What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Manage workflow and track outstanding underwriting items using a suspense and follow-up system.
• Ensure data accuracy in all systems and maintain organized case documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and complete transactions.
• Apply internal guidelines and service standards to ensure timely and compliant processing of work.
• Participate in process improvement activities to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must possess valid US Work Authorization.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
