What you will do

• Execute the private credit investment strategy across direct lending, ABF, opportunistic, and structured credit.
• Lead portfolio construction, manager selection, sizing, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Co-manage the broader Alternatives portfolio, determining strategic allocations across PE, credit, and real assets.
• Partner with Enterprise Risk Management and Finance to ensure capital efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Establish the firm as a respected institutional investor by maintaining relationships with top managers and sponsors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing private credit investment team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of institutional investment experience.
• 8+ years of direct experience in credit investing, with significant time in private credit markets.
• Proven track record of managing large institutional portfolios and external investment managers.
• Experience with insurance company balance sheets, asset-liability management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate complex credit structures and illiquid investments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred.
