What you will do

• Review and analyze retail Financial Institutions risks to ensure overall profitability for the company.
• Underwrite new business and manage the existing renewal book to meet profit expectations.
• Implement corrective measures on renewal accounts and monitor producer performance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key producers and national product line leaders.
• Analyze competitor pricing and forms to effectively market hirify.global products.
• Provide technical assistance and training to department underwriting support staff.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Financial Institutions underwriting experience on the US East Coast.
• Must have valid US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in risk assessment and underwriting.
• Proven marketing and relationship-building skills.
• Four-year college degree or CPCU designation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
