What you will do
- Define and deliver Banking or Insurance transformation roadmaps, focusing on target operating models and process optimization.
- Perform diagnostic assessments across the insurance value stream, including underwriting, policy administration, and claims.
- Translate business needs into transformation initiatives using AI/GenAI, core platform modernization, and data analytics.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and change adoption plans for large-scale programs.
- Collaborate with technology partners and systems integrators to ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support go-to-market activities and thought leadership on emerging trends like cloud adoption and AI/ML in operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or New York).
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry (Banking or Insurance).
- At least 3+ years of recent experience in strategy or management consulting.
- Proven experience leveraging AI/GenAI and data to drive operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Track record in Operating Model Redesign or Lean Management.
