What you will do

• Define and deliver Banking or Insurance transformation roadmaps, focusing on target operating models and process optimization.
• Perform diagnostic assessments across the insurance value stream, including underwriting, policy administration, and claims.
• Translate business needs into transformation initiatives using AI/GenAI, core platform modernization, and data analytics.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and change adoption plans for large-scale programs.
• Collaborate with technology partners and systems integrators to ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support go-to-market activities and thought leadership on emerging trends like cloud adoption and AI/ML in operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or New York).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry (Banking or Insurance).
• At least 3+ years of recent experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Proven experience leveraging AI/GenAI and data to drive operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Track record in Operating Model Redesign or Lean Management.
