What you will do

• Lead 3–4 concurrent client engagements from initiation through delivery, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Facilitate virtual and on-site workshops to assess current-state processes across finance, accounting, and IT functions.
• Develop process maps using Visio and provide actionable recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Guide clients through ERP and third-party system selection and implementation processes.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with a focus on business transformation.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-workstream programs or auditing project management for large clients.
• Strong understanding of SDLC frameworks and the ability to enable teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Work authorization and residency in the US (indicated by 401k, HSA, and US-specific benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience within a Big 4 or Tier Two consulting firm.
• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), segregation of duties, and governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, GAAP).
• Exposure to M&A integration activities related to systems or process transformation.
• PMP, CPA, or similar professional certifications.
