TL;DR

Engagement Manager (AI/Telco): Leading complex consulting engagements for telecommunications and technology clients with an accent on AI implementation, strategic advisory, and performance transformation. Location: Must be based in the US with unrestricted work authorization. Hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

Salary: $225,000–$240,000 base plus performance-based incentives.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership for client projects and manage commercial relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client engagements.
  • Develop intellectual capital and thought leadership in AI and telecommunications.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
  • Strong background in strategic problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience in machine learning, data science, or AI/GenAI.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally.
