Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille, France)

What you will do
- Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Public Sector (Ministries and other public entities).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives using a customer-centric approach.
- Proactively identify signals of customer dissatisfaction and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure successful onboarding and promote the health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins.
- Analyze consumption reports and present data-driven insights through business reviews.
- Renegotiate contracts to ensure sustainable profitability while maintaining great value for customers.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles with frequent interactions with C-Level executives.
- Full working proficiency in French (C1+) in both oral and written communication.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Experience dealing with very large organizations and potentially with labor unions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present deep data analysis to clients.
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille.

- Previous experience in the Insurance or employee benefits industry.
- Professional experience working within the Public Sector space.
