What you will do
- Acquire new clients and establish long-term partnerships in France and Benelux region
- Adapt value proposition to market needs and lead sales from qualification to close, including onboarding and upselling
- Convert leads from marketing and generate additional leads
- Lead RFPs/RFQs commercially with technical teams, including demos and POCs
- Gather market insights and provide feedback to stakeholders for product steering
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and product development
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B software sales (quota-carrying), legal tech experience a plus
- Customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Strong command of French and English (Dutch a plus)
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools
- Result-driven with adaptability, initiative, and team collaboration
