Compensation: $85,000–$120,000 CAD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle and advise prospects on product usage.
- Design, deploy, and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the economic value of solutions.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to develop successful sales strategies and content.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote solutions and generate leads.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 2+ years of implementation experience with CCM products in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or public sector.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or product management role.
- Strong knowledge of document management practices and modern software architectures like SaaS and microservices.
- Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and conducting effective product demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
