What you will do

• Partner with Strategic Account Managers to guide prospects through product evaluation and implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, communication strategies, and change management for strategic customers.
• Create value-driven product demo strategies and assets focused on benefits rather than features.
• Lead customer migration strategies from legacy platforms to cloud solutions.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs, product, and support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Contribute to the development of a product knowledge base and scalable service delivery processes.

Requirements

• Must be residing and eligible to work in the UK.
• 4+ years of experience in External Audit/Assurance within a professional services firm OR 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role serving the accounting profession.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to organize and track multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of technology within the audit and accountancy sector.

Nice to have

• Chartered Accountant qualification with 5+ years of external audit experience.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global software.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Background in audit innovation or tech adoption within a firm.
