Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do
- Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements for software solutions.
- Configure the solution and Salesforce platform to meet specific business and technical needs.
- Serve as the primary software expert for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and System Integrator partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Apply AI tools to streamline requirements documentation, user story generation, and test script development.
- Communicate and negotiate technical solutions with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 4+ years of comparable work experience in implementation or configuration projects.
- Experience as a lead, business analyst, or consultant with Salesforce or permitting domain tools.
- Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months.
- Experience working in an Agile or modified-Agile environment.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in the Public Sector (Community development, Business Licensing, Permitting).
- Understanding of data migration methodologies and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
