Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do

• Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements for software solutions.
• Configure the hirify.global solution and Salesforce platform to meet specific business and technical needs.
• Serve as the primary software expert for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and System Integrator partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Apply AI tools to streamline requirements documentation, user story generation, and test script development.
• Communicate and negotiate technical solutions with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 4+ years of comparable work experience in implementation or configuration projects.
• Experience as a lead, business analyst, or consultant with Salesforce or permitting domain tools.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience working in an Agile or modified-Agile environment.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in the Public Sector (Community development, Business Licensing, Permitting).
• Understanding of data migration methodologies and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
