Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; all work must be performed within the United States. U.S. citizenship and authorization to work in the U.S. are required. Foreign locations, foreign IP addresses, and personal VPN connections are not permitted.

Salary: $67,355–$138,549 annually, based on full-time employment.

What you will do

• Engage government stakeholders and program offices to analyze grants processes, identify pain points, and define lifecycle requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, business rules, and system requirements for Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and document enterprise capabilities, program variations, process flows, data needs, and integration requirements.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product leadership using Agile practices.
• Support integrations, data exchanges, demonstrations, acceptance testing, training, and adoption activities.
• Contribute to security, privacy, records management, Section 508, Authority to Operate, and release-readiness documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of information technology or business analysis experience, including support for at least one Salesforce implementation.
• At least 3 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping business processes, and refining backlogs.
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira or Trello and Microsoft Office applications.
• Associate's degree.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. work authorization, and residence within the United States are required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, public administration, or a related field.
• Experience with federal government clients, grants management, enterprise modernization, and federal security or compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector, configuration-first implementation, data migration, reconciliation, and external integrations.
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification, Salesforce Trailhead achievement, user acceptance testing, human-centered design, or organizational change management experience.
