Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: USA. The role can be performed fully remotely, from the office, or in a hybrid format.

Salary: EUR 3,200–5,000 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow.
• Support and enhance Certinia PSA functionality covering projects, assignments, schedules, resources, timecards, milestones, staffing, and billing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex Salesforce environments, including legacy code, managed packages, overlapping automation, and integrations.
• Implement evolving business requirements and design configurable solutions using Custom Metadata where appropriate.
• Support Salesforce administration, sandbox-based development and testing, deployments, permissions, validation rules, and access management.
• Communicate with client stakeholders, clarify requirements, estimate tasks, and explain dependencies, risks, and technical limitations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Certinia / FinancialForce PSA and its core objects and processes.
• Strong Apex experience, including classes, triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous execution.
• Strong Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, architecture, security, permissions, and API integration experience.
• Experience with complex or legacy Salesforce environments, sandbox development, testing, troubleshooting, and dependency analysis.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Certinia Accounting/FFA, GL, AR/AP, Revenue Recognition, ERP Core, Reporting, VAT/tax, or Bank Feeds.
• Experience with Boomi, financial or banking integrations, SFTP, Aura Components, Aura-to-LWC migration, DLRS, or Full Copy sandboxes.
• Salesforce or Certinia certifications.
