Salary: $236,000 – $324,000

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of product engineers, providing mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Drive execution of key product initiatives from ideation to launch, balancing speed with high standards of quality.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into technical roadmaps.
• Engage deeply in technical discussions, guiding system design decisions and navigating architectural tradeoffs.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering practices.
• Break down complex problems into incremental milestones to deliver value quickly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Engineer shipping products with significant business impact.
• 4+ years of experience managing people, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
• Strong technical background in system design, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Product-oriented mindset with experience translating business goals into engineering roadmaps.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Not eligible for new visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
• Background working on highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
• Experience building products used directly by developers or technical users.
