What you will do

• Execute and monitor daily payment operations across channels including ACH, wires, and cards.
• Perform daily general ledger balancing and reconcile sub-ledgers with bank accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, returns, and out-of-balance conditions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including NACHA, Reg E, and AML/KYC.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams to streamline workflows and support automation.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal control processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX for this onsite role.
• 3–5 years of experience in payment or deposit operations.
• Strong understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
