What you will do

• Manage complex Treasury client accounts, ensuring accurate setup and optimal functionality.
• Review and verify legal and regulatory documentation for new and existing account openings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Treasury Management products, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach, fraud prevention, and specialized training.
• Mentor junior team members and continuously expand product and system expertise.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in banking and treasury client servicing.
• Must be located in Tulsa or Oklahoma City, OK.
• Advanced understanding of banking regulations, deposit products, and treasury services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills for professional client representation.
