What you will do

• Process and settle daily transactions across deposit, loan, and general ledger systems before end-of-day cutoffs.
• Originate and release domestic and international wire transfers using Fedwire and SWIFT procedures.
• Handle incoming and outgoing ACH transactions, including NACHA file validation and reversals.
• Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions, holds, and out-of-balance conditions.
• Reconcile general ledger and suspense accounts related to wire and ACH activity.
• Ensure strict compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Regulation E, and NACHA operating rules.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bank operations or back-office transaction processing.
• Hands-on experience with Fedwire, SWIFT, and NACHA file formats.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and Regulation E requirements.
• Experience with core banking platforms such as Fiserv, Jack Henry, or FIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Must be based in the US to handle US-specific banking protocols (Fedwire/NACHA)
