What you will do

• Process ACH origination and receipt transactions accurately and in compliance with Nacha rules.
• Monitor reports for duplicates, limit exceptions, and potential origination fraud.
• Serve as a primary knowledge resource for internal and external customers regarding payment operations.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to resolve transaction issues and manage ACH returns.
• Onboard new ACH Origination and Positive Pay customers.
• Reconcile ACH-related general ledger accounts and manage treasury reclamations.

Requirements

• Must be based in FL, GA, AL, VA, SC, NC, TX, or CO
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four years of banking experience focusing on Depository, ACH, or Treasury products.
• In-depth knowledge of Nacha Operating Rules and regulatory requirements like Reg E and UCC4a.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate multiple Windows applications.
• Availability for regular shifts Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm Eastern Time.
