What you will do

• Monitor consumer and commercial accounts to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the Courtesy Overdraft Privilege (COP) program and resolve adjustment inquiries.
• Review daily exception reports and conduct manual research to identify processing errors.
• Collaborate with branch staff and internal departments to resolve customer disputes and inquiries.
• Perform critical account maintenance and report potential fraud to mitigate financial risk.
• Contribute to procedural improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical, research, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a secure, distraction-free home office.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
