Salary: $91,000 - $136,240 USD

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of KYC professionals providing oversight and control for client due diligence.
- Manage operational pipelines, inventory, and workflow reporting to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Develop and implement proactive strategies and frameworks to manage regulatory and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with executive management, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Risk partners.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work products.
- Participate in and manage global regulatory examinations and internal/external audits.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 3+ years of direct management experience in financial services (KYC, AML, fraud, or sanctions screening).
- Alternatively, 6+ years of direct management experience in roles involving investigation, research, or general financial services.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and dashboard development.
- Experience with automation tools such as VBA/macros, Power Query, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical skills for translating data into business insights.
