Salary: $4,594.00 - $4,827.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Manage the Principal Investigator's calendar, email correspondence, and daily priority setting.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and itineraries.
- Support grant and funding application preparation, including drafting documents and securing signatures.
- Oversee financial administration, including bookkeeping, expense reimbursements, and lab purchasing.
- Facilitate credentialing processes for research staff and observers.
- Organize in-person meetings, team events, and donor engagement logistics.
Requirements
- High school graduation plus a two-year post-secondary diploma and four years of related experience.
- Must be able to work on-site at a health facility in Vancouver.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and institutional systems like Workday.
- Strong business English skills for drafting complex correspondence and reports.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in executive-level support within academic, research, or healthcare settings.
- Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, and complex reimbursement processes.
