What you will do

• Support sales and service teams with processing revisions, agent of record changes, reporting, and documentation requests.
• Review and submit new business documentation through the master application process for the Quebec market.
• Manage general email boxes by responding to client and advisor inquiries regarding plan design and claims.
• Collaborate with various organizational areas to improve information accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and implement ways to streamline processes within the sales and service environment.

Requirements

• Diploma (DEP/DEC) in Secretarial Studies, Office Automation Techniques, or a college equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative and/or office support.
• Fully bilingual (French/English) proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication and organization skills.
