What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for scholarship, employer, and nonprofit partners to advance the program's mission.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand internship and job opportunities for scholars.
• Provide direct, individualized support to scholars and mentors, connecting them to professional and academic opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual scholar conference and year-round engagement workshops focused on AI literacy.
• Manage scholarship disbursements, payment processes, and coordination of external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline foundation-wide operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Must be based in San Francisco to maintain a hybrid work schedule.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proven organizational skills with significant attention to detail.
• Active curiosity and proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Experience managing financial processes, payments, or vendor coordination.
