What you will do
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for product partners, managing regular business reviews and operational cadences.
- Develop commercial readiness assets, including sales enablement materials and implementation narratives, in partnership with Marketing.
- Coordinate customer escalations involving partner products, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners.
- Triage partner platform updates and API changes, assessing internal impact and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Drive GTM execution for partner-enabled offerings, ensuring accurate representation in commercial motions.
- Identify and surface integration gaps and customer experience friction points to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, product operations, or business development operations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven ability to drive GTM execution and commercial readiness in a technology partner context.
- Strong external relationship management skills and experience operating in cross-functional environments.
- Must be based in the United States to qualify for US-specific benefits and payroll.
