What you will do

• Act as the product owner for a cross-functional team of designers and engineers.
• Lead discovery sessions with clinical leaders and stakeholders to understand high-stakes decision-making.
• Translate research insights into clear business problem statements and product hypotheses.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver trustworthy, actionable data products.
• Define and measure success metrics for business problems and product features.
• Balance structured product delivery with ongoing experimentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven product management.
• Strong product discovery skills and ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience translating insights into executed roadmap items.
• Strong communication skills to connect product work to clinical and business impact.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and data teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare analytics or clinical data platforms.
• Knowledge of the ABA field or outcomes measurement.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product features.
