Compensation: $90,000–$112,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as the product owner for a cross-functional team of designers and engineers.
- Lead discovery sessions with clinical leaders and stakeholders to understand high-stakes decision-making.
- Translate research insights into clear business problem statements and product hypotheses.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver trustworthy, actionable data products.
- Define and measure success metrics for business problems and product features.
- Balance structured product delivery with ongoing experimentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven product management.
- Strong product discovery skills and ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience translating insights into executed roadmap items.
- Strong communication skills to connect product work to clinical and business impact.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and data teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare analytics or clinical data platforms.
- Knowledge of the ABA field or outcomes measurement.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product features.
