What you will do

• Define product direction and manage roadmaps by prioritizing features based on strategic goals and customer value.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver scalable solutions for safety management in healthcare.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and insights for assigned product areas.
• Validate requirements and gather feedback through direct collaboration with customers and industry experts.
• Drive product adoption by supporting go-to-market initiatives and measuring solution performance.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product strategies and actionable development plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with enterprise software solutions.
• 7+ years of professional experience working in agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of creating product strategies and managing development processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance or regulated enterprise software.
• Experience launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
