Director, Product Development Operations (SaaS)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Build and lead the Product Development Operations and UX Design teams, focusing on hiring, coaching, and career growth.
• Define and own the operational framework for planning, prioritization, and execution across Product and Engineering.
• Manage the end-to-end release management strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality, and predictable delivery.
• Oversee enterprise tool administration (Jira, Airfocus, Pendo) and establish workflow governance and ticket hygiene standards.
• Partner with Data leadership to design and drive organization-wide adoption of product analytics frameworks.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, including the OKR alignment process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, engineering operations, or program management within a tech organization.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience administering Jira, Confluence, Airfocus, Pendo, or similar product experience platforms.
• Strong change management skills and the ability to lead through both authority and influence.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Prior experience in SaaS, consumer tech, or enterprise software.
