What you will do

• Serve as the primary AWS AI architecture partner for strategic clients, guiding projects from discovery to production.
• Design advanced RAG, agentic, and multi-agent orchestration architectures using AWS-native services.
• Validate architectural feasibility through hands-on prototyping in Python and AWS SDKs.
• Ensure all solutions align with the AWS Well-Architected Framework, focusing on security, cost, and performance.
• Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to forward-deployed engineers and delivery teams.
• Define governance, responsible AI guardrails, and MLOps best practices for enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud architecture with deep AWS ownership.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and related AWS AI services.
• Strong proficiency in SageMaker, distributed systems, and serverless patterns.
• Hands-on development capability in Python and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• AWS Professional or Specialty certifications (Machine Learning, Security).
• Experience with advanced agentic reasoning patterns like ReAct or Tree-of-Thoughts.
• Background in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with data engineering services like Glue, Redshift, or Lake Formation.
