What you will do

• Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions to optimize contact center performance and ROI.
• Facilitate business process reviews and translate customer requirements into robust cloud architectures.
• Lead discovery sessions and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders and executives.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure project delivery on time and within quality standards.
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Drive best practices in contact center design and cloud deployment across enterprise projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
• Extensive experience in contact center architecture and customer-facing consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting/coding (Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js) and API integration.
• Experience with WebRTC, SIP, and contact center platforms like Genesys, Cisco, or Twilio.
• Relevant AWS certifications (Solution Architect, Developer, or Cloud Practitioner).
