AWS Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario

What you will do

• Lead discovery, technology assessments, business process reviews, and ROI development for Amazon Connect and CCaaS projects.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center architectures using Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and other AWS services.
• Lead architectural discussions, solution presentations, implementation planning, and customer communications.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, contact center best practices, and vision and strategy discussions.

Requirements

• Customer-facing contact center, consulting, presales, or technology sales experience.
• Experience integrating workforce management, CRM, and contact center solutions, including API integrations.
• Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, contact center architecture, outbound dialers, campaign management, and workforce management solutions.
• Hands-on scripting or coding experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, Lex, call center routing, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CodeDeploy.
• Advanced AWS cloud architecture knowledge, Salesforce Service Cloud familiarity, strong troubleshooting skills, and AWS and Salesforce certifications.
