TL;DR
Principal AI/ML Architect (Agentic AI/LLM): Designing and delivering production-grade AI/ML systems for client engagements, including conversational copilots, autonomous agents, search and recommendation platforms, and decision-support tools with an accent on scalable architecture, MLOps, and client-facing technical leadership. Focus on building multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines, leading engineering teams, and taking AI products from discovery through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

What you will do
- Define technical strategy and architect scalable machine learning, search, and agentic AI solutions for client challenges.
- Act as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders, translating complex concepts and managing technical delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to ML engineering teams.
- Architect and implement agentic workflows, agent-based and multi-agent systems, and complex RAG pipelines.
- Oversee projects from discovery and architectural design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, including large-scale production AI/ML systems.
- Significant client-facing experience in consulting or architecture, including discussions with C-level executives and engineering teams.
- Leadership and project management experience delivering complex software projects.
- Deep expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Practical expertise with LLMs, agentic design patterns, classical ML at scale, learning to rank, recommender algorithms, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Strong foundations in software architecture, MLOps, AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and low latency; degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
