What you will do
- Lead the design and deployment of Amazon Connect and CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
- Facilitate business process reviews to align technical architecture with ROI and customer outcomes.
- Translate complex requirements into robust contact center designs leveraging AWS services.
- Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure project delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline standards.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Drive best practices in contact center design, infrastructure as code, and cloud security.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
- Extensive experience in contact center architecture and customer-facing consulting.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK).
- Proficiency in hands-on scripting (Python, Java, C#, or Node.js) and API integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership.
- Relevant AWS certifications (Solution Architect, Developer Associate/Professional).
Nice to have
- Salesforce Service Cloud familiarity.
- Experience with WFM solutions and outbound dialer campaigns.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like WebRTC and SIP.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
