What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of Amazon Connect and CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
• Facilitate business process reviews to align technical architecture with ROI and customer outcomes.
• Translate complex requirements into robust contact center designs leveraging AWS services.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure project delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline standards.
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Drive best practices in contact center design, infrastructure as code, and cloud security.

Requirements

• Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
• Extensive experience in contact center architecture and customer-facing consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK).
• Proficiency in hands-on scripting (Python, Java, C#, or Node.js) and API integrations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership.
• Relevant AWS certifications (Solution Architect, Developer Associate/Professional).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Service Cloud familiarity.
• Experience with WFM solutions and outbound dialer campaigns.
• Knowledge of communication protocols like WebRTC and SIP.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
