What you will do
- Investigate workplace and construction site incidents involving employee injury, fatality, or near-miss events.
- Analyze compliance with OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, NFPA codes, and local safety requirements.
- Evaluate construction means and methods, job hazard analyses, safety programs, and training practices.
- Assess the use, condition, and guarding of machinery, tools, scaffolding, and PPE.
- Apply ergonomic principles to identify workplace risk factors and recommend injury-prevention strategies.
- Prepare clear, well-supported technical reports for clients, insurers, and legal counsel.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Systems, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
- Experience with accident reconstruction, workplace injury investigation, and safety compliance evaluations.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Penns Park, PA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Safety certifications such as CSP, CHST, or similar.
- Ability to access active construction sites and industrial facilities.
