What you will do

• Lead site-wide safety initiatives and mentor department leads to foster an incident-free culture.
• Manage safety program administration, including KPI tracking, training records, and document control.
• Conduct routine jobsite audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend necessary controls.
• Lead incident investigations using root-cause analysis to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide oversight for worker-related injury cases and manage the return-to-work process.
• Participate in operational excellence initiatives to mitigate risks using leading indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a dedicated health and safety role or a high-complexity industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with safety management/reporting software.
• Proven ability to recognize workplace hazards and perform risk assessments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
