What you will do

• Provide professional advice on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and manage onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment legislation.
• Process lifecycle administration and liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Support absence management, occupational health referrals, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Prepare HR documentation and reports using HR systems and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a generalist HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience with a proven track record of managing cases to conclusion.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with HR systems and administrative processes.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or active study is desirable.
