• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead full-cycle talent review processes, including succession planning, calibration, and compensation reviews.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Use people analytics to provide visibility into organizational health and drive strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a PBP for VP-level leaders in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong expertise in performance and talent management, employee relations, and compensation.
• Ability to execute end-to-end people programs and use data to shape recommendations.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones, including EMEA.
• Proficiency in asynchronous communication and ability to operate through ambiguity.
• Must be based in the United States
