TL;DR

Sr. Director, Performance Marketing (Performance Marketing/AI): Driving user acquisition, re-engagement, and monetization across hirify.global's consumer portfolio with an accent on paid search, paid social, and programmatic display. Focus on integrating agentic AI workflows, designing incrementality tests, and optimizing large-scale media budgets to maximize ROAS.

Salary: $143,080 - $311,150 per year

What you will do

  • Own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy for user acquisition and re-engagement across hirify.global's consumer products.
  • Build and scale the performance marketing function by leading a team of managers, specialists, and analysts.
  • Partner with Data Science and Experimentation to design incrementality tests, media mix models, and attribution frameworks.
  • Lead the adoption of agentic AI workflows for automated bidding, AI-driven creative iteration, and campaign management.
  • Establish rigorous reporting infrastructure and KPI frameworks (CAC, LTV, ROAS) for executive leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and hirify.global DSP teams to leverage first-party data.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in performance marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large teams and budgets.
  • Deep expertise in SEM, paid social, and programmatic display with a track record of measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical foundation with fluency in SQL, attribution models, and A/B experimentation.
  • Proven experience scaling marketing programs at a large consumer internet, media, or subscription-based company.
  • Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI marketing tools or emerging advertising technology.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a media company, marketplace, or subscription product with first-party data assets.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global's product ecosystem (hirify.global Mail, Finance, Sports, News).
  • Experience using hirify.global DSP's agentic AI capabilities.
