What you will do

  • Lead comprehensive paid social strategies across a portfolio of high-growth ecommerce and CPG accounts.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 direct reports, fostering career development and high-quality client work.
  • Drive full-funnel performance through advanced measurement, including incrementality testing, lift studies, and MMM inputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in search, creative, and analytics to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Oversee execution across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring aggressive performance targets are met.
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve operational efficiency and campaign scalability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid media with deep expertise in paid social strategy and buying.
  • Must be based in the United States (not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
  • Proven history of managing six- to seven-figure monthly media budgets.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok, plus additional platforms like Pinterest, Snapchat, or LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic client conversations and manage direct reports.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in incrementality testing and media mix modeling.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-enabled advertising tools like Smartly or Sprinklr.
  • Prior agency experience in an AOR-style model.
  • Familiarity with broader media channels such as programmatic, retail media, or SEO.
  • Proficiency in driving team adoption of automation and AI-enabled workflows.
