Salary: $174,000 – $261,200

What you will do

  • Define and own the ABM strategy for enterprise targets, including account segmentation and journey mapping.
  • Lead the operating model for ABM and paid media, managing a team of individual contributors, contractors, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to align account selection with pipeline goals.
  • Manage large-scale paid advertising budgets across search and social for both PLG and SLG motions.
  • Build AI-powered workflows and processes to accelerate campaign testing and iterative optimization.
  • Measure and report on account-level performance metrics, including pipeline velocity and ACV.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in ABM, enterprise demand-generation, or performance marketing.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets and external agency relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (LLMs, automation) to build operational systems.
  • Direct people management experience with a track record of growing teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly in a fully remote environment.
