What you will do

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and other enterprise-relevant channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Build a testing roadmap for channels, audiences, and creatives to optimize CAC and ROAS.
• Partner with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Implement and maintain tracking, attribution, and performance dashboards for company-wide visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure proper pipeline tracking and hand-off.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience scaling campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and/or Meta.
• Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and experimentation.
• Ability to write concise, effective ad copy.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Basic design skills and proficiency with AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to logistics, supply chain, or industrial enterprise buyers.
• Proven track record of scaling paid channels from early traction to significant spend.
• Prior experience building and managing a performance marketing team.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
