What you will do

• Manage performance marketing programs across paid social, search, video, and emerging platforms to drive member acquisition.
• Develop channel budgets, forecasting models, and investment strategies to optimize CAC and ROAS.
• Allocate and optimize media spend across global campaigns, markets, and audiences.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics to establish measurement frameworks and evaluate incrementality.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to develop testing roadmaps and improve end-to-end acquisition experiences.
• Identify and evaluate new acquisition opportunities, platforms, and technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build forecasting models and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses within high-growth environments.
• Must be prepared to relocate to or already be based in Boston, MA.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day workflows to maintain high-quality output.
