Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Manage performance marketing programs across paid social, search, video, and emerging platforms to drive member acquisition.
- Develop channel budgets, forecasting models, and investment strategies to optimize CAC and ROAS.
- Allocate and optimize media spend across global campaigns, markets, and audiences.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to establish measurement frameworks and evaluate incrementality.
- Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to develop testing roadmaps and improve end-to-end acquisition experiences.
- Identify and evaluate new acquisition opportunities, platforms, and technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build forecasting models and communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses within high-growth environments.
- Must be prepared to relocate to or already be based in Boston, MA.
- Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day workflows to maintain high-quality output.
