What you will do

  • Own day-to-day strategy and execution across Paid Search and Paid Social channels for B2C and B2B clients.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns directly in-platform while overseeing programmatic activity.
  • Develop growth roadmaps that sequence channel investment and identify new acquisition and LTV opportunities.
  • Partner with creative and analytics teams to connect paid performance to landing page and on-site conversion improvements.
  • Present executive-ready growth narratives, forecasts, and performance stories to senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive budget reconciliation, scenario planning, and attribution modeling to connect spend to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the NYC metro area
  • 8+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven ability to develop and present executive-ready growth narratives and forecasts to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing paid media for both B2C and B2B clients.
  • Strong analytical toolkit including attribution modeling, GA4, and scenario planning.
  • International campaign experience with comfort adapting strategy across regional markets.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on programmatic self-serve experience (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Agency or performance marketing background.
  • Familiarity with Africa, the Philippines, LATAM, EU, or APAC markets.
