Salary: $68,000 - $103,500

What you will do

  • Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, managing agendas and troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
  • Own end-to-end logistics for training prerequisites, documentation, and system access for provider networks.
  • Act as the primary liaison for providers, ensuring high-standard customer service and operational support.
  • Identify and mitigate provider technical pain points to improve overall training experience and program KPIs.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to optimize training workflows and the provider journey.
  • Maintain training materials across internal tools including Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement field.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Fluency in Google Suite is required.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve technical issues with a high degree of autonomy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp (LMS).
