Salary: $68,000 - $103,500

What you will do
- Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, managing agendas and troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
- Own end-to-end logistics for training prerequisites, documentation, and system access for provider networks.
- Act as the primary liaison for providers, ensuring high-standard customer service and operational support.
- Identify and mitigate provider technical pain points to improve overall training experience and program KPIs.
- Design and implement scalable solutions to optimize training workflows and the provider journey.
- Maintain training materials across internal tools including Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement field.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Fluency in Google Suite is required.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve technical issues with a high degree of autonomy.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp (LMS).
