What you will do
- Strategically manage a complex global diary across multiple time zones, balancing internal, external, and Board priorities.
- Coordinate Board activity and design the cadence of Global Leadership Team (GLT) meetings, including agenda setting and pre-reads.
- Track strategic priorities and monitor progress against objectives, proactively flagging risks or delays.
- Drive alignment, accountability, and delivery across the Global Leadership Team.
- Prepare materials for key leadership offsites, strategy sessions, and planning cycles.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable seamless coordination.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior support role.
- Strong governance and Board-level experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint decks.
- Experience using AI and LLM tools to integrate efficiencies into standard workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Washington DC.
