Upgrades Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Based in Cairo, Egypt with travel to various customer sites in Egypt and Arabia Area markets

What you will do

• Manage upgrade projects for filling machines and processing equipment, including pre-designed kits.
• Perform process design for processing equipment using CAD and SSP designer software.
• Prepare accurate project cost calculations, quotations, and manage the project budget.
• Lead scope definition, manage contractual agreements with suppliers, and handle scope changes.
• Coordinate the project organization, define roles, and report KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites to oversee project execution and management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Commissioning, or Process Design.
• Hands-on experience in process optimization and engineering design projects.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and cross-functional project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Must be based in Egypt to cover Egypt and Arabia Area markets.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
